As the Project Manager in the Global Sales Compensation team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects that enhance compensation processes and support operational excellence. Your scope will involve leading cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping to successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Scoping and Analysis: Conduct qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis) and quantitative (data modelling, performance metrics) assessments to outline project goals

  • Strategic Recommendations and Implementation Planning: Develop comprehensive project proposals, detailing milestones, objectives, and timelines that align with compensation and sales goals

  • Day-to-Day Project Management: Oversee the project’s progress, ensuring alignment with the plan and adjusting as necessary for success

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships and facilitate communication among key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and team synergy

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project outcomes

  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reporting to project sponsors and leadership to maintain transparency and accountability

  • Methodology and Process Enhancement: Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency

  • Problem Solving: Adept at navigating complex, high-stakes scenarios with practical, outcome-focused solutions

Preferred Background:

  • 3–4+ years in management/strategy/financial/M&A consulting or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience with cross-functional project management in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • Experience in sales operations, compensation planning, or financial modelling is highly desirable
