What You'll Do:
As the Project Manager in the Global Sales Compensation team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects that enhance compensation processes and support operational excellence. Your scope will involve leading cross-functional initiatives from initial scoping to successful delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Project Scoping and Analysis: Conduct qualitative (interviews, workshops, root cause analysis) and quantitative (data modelling, performance metrics) assessments to outline project goals

Strategic Recommendations and Implementation Planning: Develop comprehensive project proposals, detailing milestones, objectives, and timelines that align with compensation and sales goals

Day-to-Day Project Management: Oversee the project’s progress, ensuring alignment with the plan and adjusting as necessary for success

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships and facilitate communication among key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and team synergy

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project outcomes

Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reporting to project sponsors and leadership to maintain transparency and accountability

Methodology and Process Enhancement: Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency

Preferred Background:

3–4+ years in management/strategy/financial/M&A consulting or equivalent experience

Hands-on experience with cross-functional project management in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Experience in sales operations, compensation planning, or financial modelling is highly desirable
