Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Project Manager for a 6-month freelance contract.The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects involving advanced technological solutions within industries such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation. Familiarity with driving initiatives such as CRM implementations, optimizing sales processes, and developing strategies to enhance career paths and employee engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve defined objectives.
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies when needed.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze project performance and introduce process improvements as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
