Job Description
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Sensor systems project manager coordinate small/medium sensors camera related projects from concept to the mass production.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including, R&D engineers, production, purchasing and testing.
- Develop project plan for product development, including major milestones, critical deliverables, project budget plan, resource allocation.
- Defining communication plan, conducing risk management with contingency plan for assigned project.
- Use different management tools such as: JIRA, JAMA, MS project, WBS, critical path, FMEA and etc…
- Coordinates all project activities of supporting project teams and stakeholders to track project progress against established plan.
- Communicate with project teams and management teams, and implement changes when deviation occurs in terms of schedule, budget, and quality issues.
- Use project management related methodologies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coach project team members, review deployment of best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI certification is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management of hardware products, video system (IP camera) or electronic products is a plus.
- Understand electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System test, Launch and Volume Production).
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Flight Levels.
- Using proper project tools to create and manage project schedule and budget, and track project results.
- Be organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrated experience of coordinating and directing project teams.
- Be a leader to be able to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors in the event the budget or timeline needs to be recalibrated or additional resources are needed to complete the project.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be used effectively in face-to-face meetings, e-mails, virtual meetings, and status reports. Clearly communicate ideas, take decisions, resolve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
