Job Description

Aalis Management Consulting seeks a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support a Federal Agency client. The Project Manager will be solely dedicated to this contract and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of professionals.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget
  • Perform hands-on project work, contributing directly to the daily tasks and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving challenges to keep the project on track.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in project management, focusing on supervising staff and projects.

  • Proven experience managing federal contracts or projects, with a strong understanding of federal regulations and processes.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
