About the Opportunity:
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of white label solutions across a growing portfolio of B2B clients. This role requires more than traditional project execution—it demands the ability to structure modular software rollouts, align internal product development with client-specific needs, and manage delivery pipelines across parallel enterprise deployments. You are not a requirement owner, but you are the one who ensures that every requirement is well-understood, confirmed across stakeholders, and translated into a workable delivery framework that serves both scalability and customization.
Responsibilities
- Own the White Label Delivery Pipeline: Coordinate the delivery of white label projects by designing and executing repeatable workflows. Define delivery checklists, integration milestones, and go-live readiness based on client types and modules selected.
- Modular Thinking & Execution: Decompose white label product offerings into configurable modules. Design project plans based on combinations of these modules, enabling streamlined customization without reinventing delivery structures for each client.
- Resource Planning Across Shared Roadmaps: Maintain visibility over resource commitments across internal teams and partners. Prioritize deliverables and coordinate resource allocation based on shared technical roadmaps, rollout urgency, and client impact.
- Scope Management with Client Realities in Mind: Ensure scope clarity by validating that PRD/BRD content reflects real partner expectations. Manage change requests pragmatically, balancing flexibility with platform consistency.
- Velocity and Quality Assurance: Accelerate delivery without compromising quality. Drive alignment on definition-of-done standards, rollout validation, and cross-client regression coverage for shared modules.
- Documentation, Process, and Transparency: Maintain complete traceability across delivery artifacts: BRD(Business Requirement Documentation), PRD(Product Requirement Documentation), scope trackers, decision logs, rollout timelines, and status dashboards tailored for visibility.
- Partner Success Enablement: Help client-facing teams (e.g., BD, Account, Solutions) articulate delivery expectations and technical feasibility. Participate in scoping finalization with Account Manager or post-go-live follow-ups where needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software project management; more than 2 years focused on B2B SaaS, platform integrations, or white label delivery is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of modular architecture, configuration management, and delivering shared core products to multiple clients with custom layers.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent implementations across partners, balancing reuse and custom effort.
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams while maintaining client business context—experience working with API specs, configuration tables, feature toggles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, capable of managing internal stakeholders and external clients with clarity and authority.
- Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and able to adapt quickly in a high-velocity, feedback-heavy environment.
