The platform consolidates and automates all the efforts via a single custom dashboard, allowing you to establish a seamless end-to-end compliance management workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies
  • Native proficiency in Japanese
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1 level)
  • Hands-on experience in product implementation
  • Solid knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively engage with and manage relationships with a diverse/multicultural group of stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met, how the decisions are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead the implementation of a compliance product, managing integrations and customizations to meet specific customer requirements
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
  • Work within a large enterprise environment to uphold project governance, ensuring all processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide strong leadership in fostering collaboration among technical teams, consultants, and customer teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards common goals
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, aligning them with both internal teams and customer expectations to ensure successful project delivery
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports on project statuses, milestones, and deliverables
  • Adapt and tailor deliverables to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams based offshore, particularly those in the EU time zone, ensuring seamless communication and project management across different time zones
  • Capture, document, and share knowledge gained during the project to support future initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and apply them appropriately based on project needs
  • Effectively manage relationships with multicultural stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding across different cultural contexts
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., to manage tasks, track progress, and facilitate collaboration
  • Establish priorities, impart a sense of urgency, and rigorously follow project management methodology to ensure successful project execution
