Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to support our MES-M product line. As part of our Professional Services Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key performance metrics for the Professional Services Team. 

What are we looking for? 

Eyelit Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join our incredible team. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS projects, ensuring successful implementation, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

What will you be doing? 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk and resource allocation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Understands client needs and expectations, aligning project deliverables with client objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.

  • Works cross-functionally with other departments such as delivery, support, development, and operations to ensure successful delivery of projects within established timelines and quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively taking corrective actions to ensure project success. Escalate promptly and appropriately any risks requiring executive support on either the customer or internal side.

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints and monitoring financial performance.

  • Manage project scope changes and including relevant stakeholders in discussions to solicit feedback and approvals for changes.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and assess performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

  • Mentor and provide support for junior members of the PM organization and help oversee projects managed by other services staff.

  • Be a key resource for on going development of key aspects of the project governance process and systems e.g. standard documentation / processes / training / industry expertise (especially medical device manufacturing industry)

What you bring: 

  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer science, Engineering) will consider experience in lieu of degree at least 5 years experience in technical Project Management.

  • 6+ years’ experience in implementation consulting, Project Management, or a related field, ideally in the medical and high tech / highly regulated manufacturing industry

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, solution implementation or industry-specific certifications can be advantageous (PMP, PRINCE2, AGILE etc.)

  • Familiarity with GxP / CFR regulations for med device manufacturing. 

  • Familiarity with SDLC process, and Computerised Systems Validation. 

  • Demonstrate a willingness to build a familiarity with the company's products or solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet project needs.

  • Understanding of basic data analysis concepts and tools for reporting purposes. 

  • Understanding of key KPI’s for project performance reporting.

  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent time management skills – able to manage own and others times across multiple projects in a resource constrained environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve implementation-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and information clearly and persuasively.

  • Ability to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing support as needed

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.

  • Willingness to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the collective expertise of the team.

  • Willingness to coach and develop other more junior members of the team.

  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution implementation.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving client needs, product updates, and changes in project requirements.

What we value: 

  • Experience in software implementation within the medical / life sciences industry or high tech / highly regulated manufacturing industry

  • Previous experience within the manufacturing industry; MES tech experience preferred

  • Experience leading and motivating a project team within a complex, scaling environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence

  • Excels at working on open-ended problems and executing them to completion
