About The Job
As a Project Manager in Compliance, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating activities focused on phasing out PFAS-containing components across our product portfolios. Working closely with R&D and sourcing teams, you will outline a detailed roadmap and ensure its successful execution. Your role will be integral to our compliance & data management function within Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling, and you will report progress and address challenges to a steering committee consisting of senior management representatives. Your mission: navigate through challenges, drive progress, and ensure compliance across our product lines.
This position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We expect travel activity to be approximately 10-20 days a year.
What You Know
- With a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the hygienic, pharmaceutical, or dairy industries, you have a proven track record of successfully leading senior-level projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- You understand what it takes to ensure compliance, with a deep understanding of documentation, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in building networks and understanding organizational decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in both English and Danish is required for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- You’re willing to dive deep into technical details, using your curiosity to achieve the necessary output and deliver on goals.
