This position is part of the Proejct Management department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a critical point of contact for clients by leading project team meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions items, and escalating issues when required.
  • Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers, generate solutions to problems and/or escalate issues internally and externally as required.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities for, contribute to, and lead training and/or process improvement initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience in project management required
  • Experience managing client-facing projects required
  • Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred 
  • Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
