Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage company immigration projects in either America, Canada, or Europe.
  • Identify and develop the target markets for each project.
  • Maintain as well as develop sales channels, sales partners, and networks.
  • Represent the company to present projects and provide services to clients.
  • Interact with potential clients daily to generate leads.
  • Improve customer services and ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Develop sales teams by recruiting sale member and providing sales training.
  • Set up department sale goals and achieve goals.
  • Other duties assigned.


Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Knowledge of immigration law in either America, Canada, or Europe.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative nature.
  • Ability to listen, follow directions and multi-task.
  • Energetic, customer service, sales oriented.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Written and verbal Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
