We’re looking for a Project Manager with Business Analyst experience to join our Enterprise Services team. In this role, you’ll help drive key projects forward—from defining scope and objectives to keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring deliverables stay on time and aligned with business goals. You’ll need to be comfortable managing your workload with minimal supervision, but you'll always have the support of a dedicated team when needed.

This position is hybrid based out of either of the following ORT locations: Akron, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Minnetonka, MN or Tampa, FL.

What You’ll Do:

  • Report on project status, forecast resource capacity, and define project scope and objectives.

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, managing timelines and milestones according to industry best practices.

  • Lead medium-sized project meetings (in person and virtual), collaborate across departments, and track progress throughout.

  • Identify roadblocks and recommend corrective actions when projects veer off course.

  • Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to keep communication open and outcomes aligned.

  • Translate business needs into actionable project goals and clearly document system requirements.

  • Assist with product testing, user validation, and support ticket resolution.

What You Bring:

  • Real estate title industry operations experience or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Desktop version)—intermediate to advanced level required.

  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.

  • PMP certification preferred, but not required.

  • Proven ability to manage all phases of small to medium-sized projects and understand broader business impact.

  • Strong documentation, analytical, and testing skills.

  • Knowledge of requirements gathering methods and procedures.

  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities with precision and follow-through.

Soft Skills & Work Style:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Personable, professional, and a strong collaborator.

  • Comfortable receiving direction and feedback while also taking initiative.

  • Great attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision—but proactive and responsive when collaborating.

  • Thrives in a hybrid work environment and available for in-office or event-based attendance when needed.
