We are looking for a talented individual to join our company as a Project Manager. As part of our team, you will collaboratively determine customers' service needs and ensure their satisfaction during the initial product delivery and throughout ongoing support processes.

Requirements:

  •  Knowledge of IT projects in the financial market, with business knowledge in areas such as Asset, Custody, Management and Treasury.
  • Technical capacity to understand the architecture of systems and IT solutions applied in financial environments.
  • Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects, actively participating in execution and control.
  • Experience in agile and traditional methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches according to the context.
  • Graduation in Information Technology or related areas.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM Master.
  • Experience with systems integrations, IT architecture and technical knowledge applied to financial services.
  • Onsite full time on client, in Av Paulista

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple IT projects focusing on both technology and business aspects, ensuring integration between areas and alignment of strategic objectives.
  • Create, execute and adjust project plans, using agile and traditional methodologies, as necessary.
  • Work side by side with technical and business teams, understanding the context of projects and the specificities of the financial market in general. Having worked in (Asset, Custody, Management, Treasury) is a differential.
  • Perform constant alignment with stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams, actively contributing to solving problems and maintaining team engagement.
  • Document and monitor project progress, preparing schedules, status reports, meeting minutes and controlling pending issues to ensure successful delivery.
  • Propose innovative solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business, applying technical knowledge at critical moments of the project.
