Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is an opportunity for you to implement & industrialize business-driven decision making at scale and work on complex business analysis projects with an exposure to multiple products and trade flows to make significant contribution towards various Strategic Transformation Programs.
As a Project Management Associate within our Strategic Securities Processing Platform team, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions towards various Strategic Transformation Programs. You will work on complex business analysis projects, partner with line subject matter experts to determine detailed business requirements, and contribute to solutions and designs. This role will allow you to leverage your expertise in promoting conversations and influencing decisions with Business / Stake holders and Technology.
Job responsibilities:

  • Work towards various initiatives including but not limited to platform modernization, system integration, decommission legacy systems, migration, etc.
  • Conduct data & process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions
  • Define test scenarios and associated test cases as well as support test execution. Further ensure tracking of all issues identified during UAT and successful closer of the same
  • Supporting sign off and adoption of all requirements within an agile development framework
  • Analyze and interpret SWIFT messages to ensure accurate transaction processing
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payment processing procedures
  • Provide support and training to team members on SWIFT standards and payment systems
  • Assist in the development of project planning and run with project meetings and ensure risks and issues are effectively escalated and monitored
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
  • Prepare and publish project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues by implementing corrective actions as needed


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor degree (Finance/ Business administration) with relevant techno-functional work experience
  • 6+ years in Business analysis and project management
  • Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stake holders and Technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record.
  • Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups
  • Ability to support & adapt within a changing environment, in matrix and multi-year type project structures where strong influencing skills are required.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and leading disperse teams delivering day-to-day outputs for global business analysis and UAT test coordination
  • Demonstrate awareness in payments processing and as a product: Wires, Direct Debits, FX, Paper based, clearings, ISO standards, SWIFT
  • Highly skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues, rapidly learn unfamiliar processes and provide insightful and timely remediation
  • Ability to keep sight of the overall context and remain centered on the strategic picture.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous working experience as a Change management / Transformation service owner within Payments/Markets Operations, Reg Reporting and/or Technology
  • Experience of Fixed Income products and processes a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience working within an Agile development lifecycle
