Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the project management team, helping to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, track project progress, and assist with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Experience:

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software or systems quickly.
