Job Description

We have identified an opportunity for a Project Lead to join us in a vital client facing position, managing and continuously building on the brand and category partnership.

The role will report into the Operations Director and work together with onsite teams and origination/adaptation hubs to supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.

As a Project Lead

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, working closely with other team leads to triage new projects.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Train, coach and develop Project Team members as leader.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and supervise freelance and vendor engagement.
  • Able to work with cross functional teams and build timelines accordingly.
  • Able to analyze the creatives and make decisions to brief creative team on the changes internally.
  • Coach, manage and motivate members of the Project Team in managing projects and driving progresses.
  • Host and facilitate WIP meetings with hub team members and with the account service team.
  • Execute project as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of working experience in similar role
  • Capable to work in fast-paced projects and environment
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices (Jira / Slack / Agile)
  • Strong understanding on creative to technical workflow
  • Detailed oriented, strong client servicing skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
  • Experience in managing a team of Project Managers
  • Pharmaceutical or medical experience would be a great plus, but it’s not essential for the role
