We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our leadership team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing back-office processes, collecting, and presenting KPI data, supporting strategic activities and improvement projects. Welcome to the Quality Operations Europe (QOE) Organization:
We are a dynamic and dedicated team working in close partnership with Enzyme and Microbe manufacturing, and Supply Chain in Novonesis Europe. We are located across multiple sites in Denmark, France, Germany, and the Czech Republic. We aim to work together as a flexible team and are highly depending on each other’s competence to unlocking our collective strengths.
We work in closely with other colleagues throughout the Novonesis organization. We have an ambition to be seen as strong and reliable partner with focus on collaboration that creates a bridge between stakeholders in production, supply chain, and other quality departments across Novonesis.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Oversee and streamline back-office processes in the leadership team to ensure efficiency

Collect and present Quality and food safety KPI data related to business performance meetings and manage monthly value boards

Support strategic activities and projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, support presentation, and ensure deliverables are met

Work with the leadership team to collect and present quality & compliance data and information to stakeholders in quality, manufacturing, and supply chain operations

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the leadership team and organization

Support the planning and execution of key site events, workshops, meetings, and team-building initiatives

Lead relevant ad hoc quality and food safety improvement projects in the region
To succeed you must:
In this role it is vital that you thrive in a dynamic working environment with multiple priorities and that you enjoy working in a team with a complex array of stakeholders. Hence, networking, building relationship, teamwork, and stakeholder management are key skills to succeed in this role. Further, you must be able to influence and lead colleagues, even when a direct reporting relationship does not exist.
In this position you need to:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field
-
Be structured and detail-oriented and have experience working with quality assurance, continuous improvements, or operational excellence type projects
-
Have experience working with and presenting project, KPI, and business performance data in visualization software (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, or similar)

Be highly self-motivated in your way of working

Excellent networking and problem-solving skills
-
Fluent communication in Danish and English (oral and written)
