The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Project Integrator to lead and manage electrical replication projects for UAV platforms. In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that reverse engineering, design, and fabrication efforts align with project objectives and timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project execution, coordinating efforts across engineering teams, fabrication, procurement, and external vendors
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee electrical replication projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight of daily tasks.
Coordinate efforts between electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of components.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials, manage contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor project risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while aligning project goals with organizational priorities
Communicate project status, milestones, and roadblocks to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Project Management, or a related field
-
Experience leading teams in an engineering, manufacturing, or defense-related environment.

Strong project management skills, with experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between disciplines.
-
Experience in vendor coordination, procurement, and contract management.
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Desired:

Familiarity with multi-rotor and fixed-wing UAS platforms

Understanding of electrical replication, avionics, or reverse engineering (prior technical experience is a plus but not required).

Experience with manufacturing and fabrication processes, particularly in aerospace or defense applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where small teams manage diverse responsibilities.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for both current and past projects.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
