As a Project Execution Manager within the Finance team, you will work closely with Line of Business teams to promote the implementation of initiatives across our strategic architecture. Your focus will be on platforms for planning and forecasting, including Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, Revenues, Expenses, and Headcount.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end management of multiple large-scale projects within the P&A and Controllers organizations, including managing scope, business benefits, project plans, timelines, and identifying and resolving issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Generating and analyzing management information systems (MIS) reports.
- Providing strategic vision and guidance to drive project agendas that meet business needs and objectives.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a consistent and excellent client experience.
- Facilitating effective internal communications among all work streams and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and alignment.
- Organizing and managing forums for project updates and maintaining project scorecards to track progress and performance.
- Collaborating with business leads to gather business requirements, overseeing UAT strategy, creating operating models, and developing training materials.
- Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
- Minimum 6 years project management / business analysis experience required.
- End-to-end project management experience working with technology, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management.
- Strong understanding of different development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to partner with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities; detail-oriented.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
- Technical knowledge and experience is a plus
- Cloud, databricks, AWS, LLM, AI/ML knowledge is a plus. Planning & Analysis and/or Controllers experience is a plus.
