About the role:

Lendlease currently has multiple opportunities across Melbourne for Project Engineers to join our team to help guide and deliver our ongoing strong project pipeline. We have a number of positions across; Melton Hospital, Data Centres and the Melbourne Arts precinct and a number of exciting upcoming projects.

In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience, on large scale construction projects

  • Extensive previous on-site construction delivery experience

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)

  • Experience on healthcare or commercial project preferred

  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineers
