● Supervisar permisos de trabajo del contratista dentro del terminal.
● Medir el progreso del proyecto semanalmente.
● Generar informe de progreso mensual para el Gerente Técnico.
● Comunicar formalmente al Gerente de Proyecto y contratista cuando el costo y progreso están fuera del plan.
