Job Description
- Creation of order-related documents and final documentation according to customer requirements
- Supporting the definition of standards and guidelines for project documentation
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of documentation
- Coordinating and ensuring (handling) the flow of documents to customers, internal departments and suppliers
- Organizing and structuring documents in a central storage location and document management system (DocBoss)
- Independent organization and management of customer acceptance tests (pump inspections)
- Participation in project meetings (national/international)
- Processing of telephone and written customer enquiries
- Supporting order processing and project management in CR-PAB
Qualifications
- Successfully completed master craftsman or technician training in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of (international) professional experience in the field of project management for special machine construction desirable
- Knowledge of the design and function of rotary positive displacement pumps is an advantage
- Experience in the creation of technical documentation (procedures, reports) desirable
- Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
- Quick comprehension, high level of initiative, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Good communication and team skills as well as organizational talent
- Very good written and spoken (technical) English skills, German language skills at least level B2
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with documentation management software
- Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. kick- off meetings)
