The Position
As a Project Director in FP (Finished Products) module you will be a key driver in leading a complex manufacturing project. You will develop and execute project plans, define objectives, deliverables and timelines and allocate necessary resources. You will be part of an international landscape with cross functional collaboration and focus on continuous improvement.
In this role at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Establish and run an execution organisation to supply the project.
  • Develop and manage a project organisation to execute the FFEX FP module, ensuring adherence to Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, Health & Safety standards.
  • Oversee overall project management, including scheduling, resource allocations, and budget for manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, including analysing designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.
  • Implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods.


Qualifications
As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have the following:

  • An academic degree within engineering, production, business or other relevant area.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a people and/or project manager in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Know how in the pharmaceutical production processes.
  • Experience in facilities projects: Engineering, registration, and validation of facilities.
  • Experience with planning, documentation, GMP and project execution.
  • Familiarity with Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment, Health & Safety standards.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with building and leading a team towards operational excellence.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk.
