Job Description
Are you a master of organization with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you love bringing order to chaos while keeping an upbeat, can-do attitude? If so, we want YOU as our new Project Coordinator! In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects and office operations together for our Cincinnati office. While you don’t need an engineering background, you do need to be a wizard at coordination, communication, and keeping all the moving parts in sync.
This is a non-exempt position. All overtime hours are paid at a time-and-a-half hourly rate. This role will report to your Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help keep projects on track—juggling schedules, resources, and deliverables like a pro.
- Be our ultimate connector between clients, vendors, and teams for seamless collaboration.
- Own the details—manage docs, contracts, RFIs, and compliance like a champ.
- Make communication crystal clear for both internal teams and external partners.
- Prioritize like a boss—manage tasks to hit project milestones on time.
- Keep project files sharp, organized, and up-to-date from start to finish.
- Keep the office humming—stock supplies, schedule meetings, and smooth out operations.
- Be the friendly face of KPFF—welcoming guests and handling calls with style.
- Provide hands-on help for remote IT (yes, sometimes that means turning things off and on!).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in project management, office administration, or a related role.
- A natural multi-tasker with superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Stellar communication and people skills – you know how to keep things running smoothly and make it look easy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Project Manager software experience is a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a smile.
- Experience in an engineering, construction, or technical industry is a bonus

Physical and Work Environment:
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer.
- Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
- May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs.
- In-person attendance is required for a minimum of (3) days (recommended Monday and two of Tuesday through Thursday), and is strongly encouraged every day. Working hours are typically 8AM to 5PM Eastern Time but can be adjusted to accommodate personal needs.
