Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support project execution through effective use of Microsoft 365 tools. This role requires hands-on experience with MS Lists, Power Automate, and JSON formatting, as well as the ability to coordinate tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines using Microsoft Planner, MS Lists, and Jira
  • Customize and maintain SharePoint sites and Microsoft Lists, including use of JSON formatting
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate project workflows and notifications
  • Support project reporting by consolidating data from Lists, Excel, Confluence and OneNote
  • Serve as the point of contact for cross-team coordination and communication
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and project updates using OneNote and Word
  • Assist with meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-ups in Teams and Outlook

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially:
  • MS Lists (including JSON-based column formatting)
  • Power Automate (creating and modifying flows)
  • Microsoft Planner, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience using Jira to track tasks or manage workflows
  • Familiar with Confluence for team documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of JSON for formatting, workflows, or API payloads
  • Experience creating and tracking task and issue lists, automating reminders, and maintaining dashboards
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboards
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell or Python)
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-900, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • Experience working in a technical or government project environment

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
 

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:

$25.27
