We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing HR projects, coordinating activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, have exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily activities, ensuring projects and tasks are executed efficiently and on schedule.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for communication between team members, departments, and external stakeholders.

  • Track and report project statuses, compiling relevant data to create reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and distribute detailed meeting agendas, take Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items to ensure completion for HR-related discussions.

  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolution of project-related issues.

  • Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives and support departmental goals.

  • Support the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees, ensuring effective performance evaluations.

  • Manage documentation, records, and data entry with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures in all coordination efforts.

  • Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks, provide recommendations, and collaborate with relevant parties to implement solutions.

  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, or team activities, ensuring all logistics are well-coordinated.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or project management role, with exposure to HR practices.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
