We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Project Controls Manager supporting all aspects of project controls functions including cost, schedule, document and risk management functions on large scale, complex infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of all phases of execution from planning/ programming, design, procurement, construction, and close-out

  • Ability to develop, update and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide status updates to clients and Sr. Management. 

  • Working knowledge of all elements of cost management, including funds management, budget control, change management, forecasting, and reporting

  • Working knowledge of scheduling best practices with the ability to manage and report the status of contractor schedules.

  • Working knowledge of risk management and document control practices

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within Project Controls and demonstrate proficiency in multiple project controls disciplines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited College or University.

  • Preferred accreditations from AACE or CMAA

  • Experience with Project Management Information Systems, experience working in Procore is preferred.

  • Experience with data analytics and BIM software is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling are required.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills

  • Preferred experience with large infrastructure programs

Compensation Range:

$126,513.00 - $168,684.00
