Responsibilities:

  • 1. Resource Allocation
    •  Maintain headcount information available for Business Unit Managers.
    •  Be aware of how many positions are open on their respective Business Unit’
  •  2. Purchasing
    •  Create Purchase Order on the financial system
    •  Review, monitor and check and balance purchasing expenditures
    •  Manage the purchasing billing process
  • 3. Finance
    •  PO Lifecycle management
    •  New PO’s and/or Change Orders Management
    •  Invoicing process per BU

        • • Lump Sum
        • • Invoices Quality
      •  ✓ Item Profitability (Pre billing)
        • ✓ Bill vs. Unbilled
        • ✓ Check and Balance
        • ✓ Expense Management

      • ✓ Support on the purchasing process
      • ✓ Financial System Clean-up
  • 4. Business Unit Project Control
    •  Maintain Business Unit metrics
    •  Support the Business Units Managers in new RFP
    •  Purchase Order Management
    •  Monitor and maintain work without PO’s
    •  Work directly with clients for PO’s renewal
    •  Monitor PO to identify how many employees will be available
  • 5. Models company values and ethical behavior in all relationships with internal and external customers.
  • 6. Strictly follow company’s Safety, cGMP’s, Policies and Procedures.
  • 7. Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to support normal operations. ➢ 

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
