About the job
Our Procurement team works together closely to ensure we have a positive impact on our products, their margin, and performance, to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for our customers. You will be responsible for project procurement is done at a competitive level on assigned projects by choosing suppliers, negotiating deals, and placing and following up on orders. In the project business, you will work in close collaboration with project management, engineering, and other stakeholders to fulfil new needs on project requirements and timelines. Primary tasks include:

Drive your project purchase within Food & Water industries.

Request and negotiate quotations with a focus on quality and total cost.

Deliver key figures and follow up on KPIs.

Secure visible cross-functional strategic stakeholder management.

Run stakeholder meetings on your projects

Contribute to making the procurement team collaborative and dynamic.
This position is based at our Copenhagen office in Søborg
What you know
Proven experience in project procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment, combined with a relevant procurement education, e.g., a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent. You have solid experience with purchasing in ERP systems and you master spoken and written English at the negotiation level.
