What you’ll achieve
As a Project and Revenue Operations Specialist you will be part of highly successful delivery team, developing and implementing revenue operations strategies to maximize revenue generation and operational efficiency of Projects
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Analyse and optimize the entire revenue cycle, from lead generation to customer retention and expansion
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align processes, tools, and metrics
- Design and implementing revenue operations technology stacks including Dynamics D365
- Establish and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue operations effectiveness
- Develop and implementing revenue forecasting models and reporting frameworks
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across various systems and platforms
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Operations.
- Good understanding of ISO 27001, 9001 standards & risk management techniques and how to handle the risk during Security audits
- Coordinate periodic tasks with Business Operations stakeholders
- Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Identify, monitor, and work with delivery leads to manage risks in the regions
- Assess data quality and detecting data quality issue
- Analyse root cause of data issues with cross functional teams
- Business process improvement / Lessons Learned
- Act as liaison between multiple regions leads and Operations
- Knowledge on Excel reporting, experience in creating power point presentations with multiple data for management reporting
- Knowledge on basics of Service now or other ticketing tool and reporting
