About the Role:
As a Director, you will manage high-impact non-technical projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise will drive process improvements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Business Acumen: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic insight, recommendations, subject-matter expertise, and hands-on support in legal technology, M&A, partnerships, thought leadership, and similar high-level / high-impact initiatives.
• Ownership: Act as an extension of senior leadership and own core strategic and operational workstreams of legal software, partnerships, and incubation of emerging business opportunities.
• Manage and deliver high-impact projects effectively.
• Ensure projects align with organizational objectives.
• Oversee significant project budgets and financial health.
• Identify and mitigate high-level project risks.
• Lead strategic communication with key stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across project management efforts.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with standards and protocols.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree & MBA, legal degree desired.
• Experience, network and positive references in legal tech and information services industry
• Experience (12+ years) in program management, innovation, change management, transformation, and/or strategy/consulting with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale complex programs and strategic initiatives
• Recognized as a thought leader (internally and potentially externally) and requires expertise in leading-edge theories or techniques within own field
• Influences business or industry issues
• Proactively identifies and solves problems that impact the direction of the business
• Participate in the development of the business strategy
• Leads highly visible programs or initiatives across the organization
• Impacts business direction through the development of innovative services or products
• Negotiates with senior level and external stakeholders to influence decisions
• Progression to this level is typically based on business requirements
Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $189,950 - $268,900
