Covetrus Brasil is looking for a Project and Process Coordinator to join the Operations team. This position will report to the Brazilian Operations Director to support him in the new projects development and management; in the cost control and budgeting activities; in the key performance indicators monitoring; and in process improvements in the Operations area and eventually in special improvements in the areas within the country.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects across the country which optimise productivity, quality and safety;
  • Act as a PMO in new projects in the Operations Area;
  • Investigate process improvement opportunities and new methods and technologies to improve the business performance, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, reducing cost, improving the environment and safety;
  • Analyse indicators and costs, prepare reports and studies to support the Operations area management;
  • Provide the Operations information requested and reports to the organization;
  • Support the Ops Director and the managers in Operations in studies, improvements and project developments;
  • Train the teams in the new methods and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or logistics;
  • Experience within logistics, operations or supply chain is essential;
  • WMS / ERP knowledge;
  • Proficient in MS office. Advanced user of Excell and/or BI tools;
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, innovation, working under pressure, team management;
  • Certifications in lean six sigma, people leadership and project management would be a plus;
  • Advanced/Fluent English
