This pivotal role will position you as a key business partner within our Finance Department, helping shape the future of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across the organization.

Location: Hooksett, NH – Local Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the standardization and enhancement of FP&A processes to establish best-in-class practices.
  • Spearhead initiatives to expand documentation and streamline FP&A operations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop standardized reporting methodologies.
  • Manage and communicate key financial milestones through a meticulously developed finance calendar.
  • Create and consolidate board materials and presentations in partnership with Treasury and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee and update a central library of critical forecasting data sources.
  • Drive adoption of best-in-class practices through training and change management.
  • Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, providing analysis, reports, and presentations to Business Unit Leaders.
  • Continuously seek out and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce operational costs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in financial roles, with expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PPT, strong analytical and leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Attributes: A proactive mindset, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A BS in Finance with robust knowledge in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Industry knowledge in fleet management or finance.
