**This position is for a worksite project administrator in Belton, MO. The office will be inside of a job trailer sitting at the worksite. Office hours will be 7:00 am to 4:00 CST**
What you will do:
Contract paperwork, financials and activities for the HVAC construction industry, including but not limited to:

Run and/or complete reports as requested
-
Booking projects and/or change orders into the system
-
Accounts payable
-
Accounts receivable
-
Cost accounting
-
Processing subcontracts and purchase orders
-
Assisting Project Managers with scheduling and contract closeout
-
Assisting with ordering project materials
-
Participate in project backlogs
-
Complete certified payroll reports as needed
-
Resource planning with the Project Managers
-
Research, resolve or escalate issues as needed
-
Maintain thorough notes within appropriate systems as needed
-
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and subcontractors
-
Regularly analyze and assess duties and adjust as needed to enhance performance
-
Follow JCI processes as instructed and staying current on changes
-
Attend all required meetings
-
Compliance with local, state and federal requirements
-
Work diligently and consistently with Region Lead, Install Manager and Project Managers, in all capacities, to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

Provide any additional operations administrative support as needed
What is required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Strong accounting background
-
Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet business application usage

Must be exceptionally strong in the use of Microsoft Excel
-
Construction industry background helpful but not required
-
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
-
Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence
-
Must have the ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals
-
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
-
Critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to solve problems independently
