As a Programmer Analyst, DevOps, you participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software in accordance with the organization’s requirements. Your skills in technology allow you to develop and provide support for small to medium scale IT systems, programs and applications. You analyze client requirements and prioritize development activities. You plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You collaborate by implementing solutions, by being involved in development work and patch where managing complexity is key. You interact with different stakeholders working in other fields. You advise and provide system support for these clients and stakeholders. More specifically, you will be required to :

Collaborate in the development of execution strategies, analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests), while applying development, data and security best practices.

Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability. Help develop documentation that is prepared and delivered for training purposes to peers and users.

Provide technical support for IT operations. Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium- to high-severity issues

Cocreate with business partners and architects to get a complete understanding of business intentions and objectives to standardize solutions accordingly.

Participate in the installation and testing of software packages and inhouse application deployment.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience
