Job Description
Programme Manager – Public Safety Professional Services
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a significant Public Safety Programme, managing and improving the P&L including change, and ensuring the success of the Programme.
This will include the creation and management of an Overall Programme Plan, associated project documentation, and the management and control of all activities within the Programme.
The reporting line will be to the appropriate Portfolio Delivery Manager within the Public Safety Professional Services team. The Programme Manager will have senior role within that Portfolio’s Leadership Team and be capable of acting on behalf of the Portfolio Delivery Manager when required.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the success of the Programme both internally, in terms of the highest level of profitability commensurate with optimal client satisfaction within the operating framework defined by the contract.

Qualifications
Who are you?
· Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent with experience IT service delivery.
· Good general IT Knowledge & experience of building relationships at senior level.
· Experience of delivering to demanding P&L targets working with multidisciplinary virtual teams with a wide range of key stakeholders and managing 3rd party suppliers
Personal Skills:
· Possess the appropriate gravitas, intellect and communication skills to persuade and influence senior leaders.
· Excellent Client facing skills and be an excellent communicator at many levels.
· Establish, build and maintain positive, effective working relationships.
· Maintain a positive work ethic, working collaboratively and effectively with others.
