Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Programme Director on a 6 months fixed term contract with strong demonstrable experience in end-to-end delivery including creative services, technology, data, and change management. You will be acting as a focal point in a cross-functional team collaborating with subject matter experts, Client Partnership and strategy leads, to shape and implement solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for our clients. You will be comfortable managing other operating companies and wider Omnicom Group, external suppliers, and business stakeholders.

As a senior figurehead, you will bring a breadth of knowledge and experience in helping deliver global customer journey focussed strategy and analytics programmes, providing direction to others, and working autonomously. You will be well versed in leading globally distributed teams and confident in managing risk and change. You are a natural and confident leader, providing mentorship and career development to your team of project managers.

By being at the cutting edge of everything new the agency is working on this role will provide the individual with opportunity to progress within the ePMO with opportunities such as VP of Delivery and COO part of the career development path.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid experience in a Programme Director or similar post. 
  • Has a technical understanding of eCRM, digital display, website, content, DM, press, and OOH development. 
  • Has a sound understanding of commercial strategy, production and full-service marketing processes. 
  • Is a self-starter who can create and stress test robust yet flexible processes to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of projects across multiple channels and media. 
  • Is organised and able to manage and prioritise workload under pressure across various work streams.
  • Is accountable for delivery of all projects, ensuring both internal, external and client stakeholders are kept up to speed.
  • Has experience in talent management.
