We are looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager to oversee and support demand partnerships, focusing on optimizing revenue and driving business growth on DSP activity. The ideal candidate will be in charge of our partners’ day-to-day growth & will need to show technical skills, creativity in finding solutions & people skills in obtaining all the internal information for the partners’ need.
What You'll do:
- Managing top DSP’s partners in the industry.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with our clients – Grow and optimize strategic accounts with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and goals.
- Drive customer retention and expansion by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to drive customer success and deliver seamless customer experiences.
What will I bring?
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic buying within the Ad-Tech industry- Must
- Previous experience working with Smadex & Kayzen – Must
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills.
- Resilient with the ability to navigate change and withstand adversity.
- Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking.
