What You’ll Do:
Working closely alongside our PMP Strategic Planning team, you will support in all aspects of the pre-sale planning process for our Programmatic buying channel. This will place you at the heart of our Programmatic Operations team and allow you unique insight into all teams within our business.
Your primary role will be supporting pre-sale requests from our Commercial team; analysing the campaign requests and reviewing our supply data to determine if the activity is feasible and setting the deal up for success. This will require an analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving. Our pre-sale team are at the centre of our ability to unlock revenue, and you will play a key role in this.
Alongside this, you will also support the wider teams with daily reporting analysing campaign delivery, ad-hoc reporting for troubleshooting purposes, project-based work to support our pre-sale strategy and you will be responsible for building a database for our commercial team to utilise for client brief responses.
This role will be based in the London office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office 3 days a week and remotely for the rest.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
- Responding to pre-sale requests from our Commercial team and working to determine the feasibility of the activity; troubleshooting any blockers and always looking for solutions for success
- Taking responsibility for in-house project management tools utilised by the team and ensuring they are updated and functioning to their best ability
- Providing reporting for our daily PMP stand up – allowing the wider team to best understand the previous day’s delivery and set our actions for the day ahead
What Will I Bring?
- Demonstrated interest in programmatic advertising and technology
- Experience in handling and coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
- Relevant experience in reporting and analysing data
You must be:
- A superb communicator - in every scenario, with ability to effectively liaise with different teams and external clients
- Flexible - in approach to ad-hoc requests from within the business
- Analytical - able to solve problems creatively and articulate solutions
- Excellent at time management - prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and dedicating time to support other members of the delivery team when required
- A go getter - who can take the initiative to get things done
- A self-starter - excellent at organisation and calm under pressure
- Friendly - able to work in a team and open to new challenges
Education & Qualifications
- Honours-level degree or equivalent preferred (University of Life also counts)
