About the role
The Programmatic Connected Television (CTV) Buyer has a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and experience in buying media across CTV platforms. As a Programmatic CTV Buyer at PebblePost, you will play a critical role in expanding PebblePost's programmatic offering beyond Programmatic Direct Mail, helping us establish a strong foothold in CTV. You’ll drive campaign performance and shape how we bring measurable TV solutions to brands seeking cross-channel success.
This position will report to the SVP, Head of Product.
You will:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives and deliverables
- Plan, activate, and optimize CTV campaigns using programmatic platforms
- Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement
- Implement A/B testing across audiences, creative assets, and bid strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, VCR, engagement).
- Provide insights that inform budget allocations and client strategies
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage and analyze audience targeting strategies to drive campaign efficiency and performance.
- Monitor campaigns in real time and use data-driven insights to adjust delivery, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with CTV publishers and networks
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure CTV campaigns align with broader media strategies
- Collaborate with Product teams to test new targeting capabilities and measurement solutions.
- Stay up to date on CTV and programmatic trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring PebblePost remains at the forefront of innovation
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic CTV or media buying
- Proficiency with Magnite/SpotX ClearLine platform, The Trade Desk, or other DSPs
- Prior experience in AdTech, performance marketing, or buy-side programmatic execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Experience working in start up environments a plus

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $75,000 - High: $90,000
