Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee Quality data and reports.
• Prepare monthly slide show presentations
• Track program quality metrics through Power BI and other reporting software.
• Approve final data packages prior to delivery.
• Report any process changes to Management.
• Track and complete issued NCRs and report through program channels.
• Problem solving Non-conformances and conduct root cause investigations on assembly components.
• Perform PFMEA to identify potential failure related to operational processes.
• Quality Inspection duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
• Candidate must have a BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED or equivalent education with 14 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Candidate should have at least 4 years of quality experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control.
• Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville North Alabama, AL area.
• Must have knowledge of how to efficiently use micrometers, height gages, gage blocks, radius gages, and calipers etc.
• Basic knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
• Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
• Six Sigma certified
• Previous auditing experience.
• IPC 610/620 certified.
• J-STD certified.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
