CACI is seeking a Operations Manager located in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) with an Active TS/SCI clearance. This position will provide technical and programmatic mission support for two key large Army programs and its strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
• Key leader engagement to orchestrate program operations for two large technical task orders.
• The Operations support includes providing resume compliance, labor category verification, deliverable acceptance and contract requirements.
• Integrate technology, resources, and mission capabilities for new opportunities within the program.
• Ensure all CACI Technical Capabilities and Mission Operations align with program compliance.
• Responsible for aligning the CACI Markets and submarkets to key initiatives within the program for cross collaboration.
• Represent CACI in the APG Community at community events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• US Citizen, and an active TS/SCI clearance
• BS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related program management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.
• Knowledge and experience with Army mission and processes.
• Knowledge and experience with the Engineering & Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, C5ISR Center, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
Ability to utilize tools such as negotiation, motivation, conflict management, and alliance building—to shape the business environment to support strategic objectives
Desired:
• MA/MS in applicable degree field.
• 10+ years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems and subsystems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500 - 210,100 USD
