The team you will be a part of
We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced colleagues to join our team and contribute to managing large, strategic projects and programs that will affect the Global Operations and GN.
We are currently merging our two legacy organizations, Hearing and Audio, into OneGN and the projects and programs you will be managing are anchored in our Global Operations strategy supporting this journey while setting our customers, partners and GN up for success in the long run. We do this at an ambitious pace, while having the utmost respect for our colleagues who are also running the business as we transform.
You will be joining a highly diverse and collaborative team, where we value leading inclusive change, learning and growing both individually and as a team while having fun! With a location at GN’s HQ in Ballerup, you will report to Sandie Lang Rosenlund, Head of Strategy & PMO, and work closely with an extensive network of stakeholders across the GN organization.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for:
- Scoping and managing selected programs and projects to deliver on expectations with a people-centric focus anchoring changes in the organization
- Managing the program and project teams of highly skilled and experienced specialists and consultants
- Creating transparency of plans, progress, risks, change impact, and benefit realization
- Managing executive and middle-management stakeholders in GN and ensuring commitment and resource allocation
- Improving PMO processes, program and project management practices in the organization and support the PMO building up these capabilities in the Global Operation organization
The role will provide plenty of opportunity to develop interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, while delivering solid projects and programs.
To do well in the, we imagine that you have:
- Supply chain background or professional experience within this domain
- Solid history of strategic change programs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization – incl. c-level
- Skills to navigate and resolve conflicting business preferences in a diplomatic way, e.g. to align strategies or standardize processes across functions and divisions
- Experience with ADKAR and change management
- Innovative, strategic and solid problem-solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
