Cellebrite is hiring a Program Manager. The PMO is a centralized team responsible for overseeing and standardizing project management practices across Cellebrite globally. Your primary responsibility is formalizing the new PMO to lay the groundwork for successful project delivery. You will oversee the internal effectiveness of the PMO and analyze the output of PMO projects.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assess current project management practices and identify areas for improvement; develop a vision and roadmap for the PMO, including goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs); align the PMO strategy with Cellebrite’s overall business goals
- Process Development: Evaluate and document PMO methodologies, standards, and processes; create project templates including project plans, risk assessments, status reports; establish governance procedures for project initiation, approval, and change management
- Tool Implementation: Evaluate current project management software tools; coordinate with internal IT team to make tool improvements; develop materials and training sessions for tool users
- Quality Assurance: Create dashboards to monitor PMO performance against KPIs; identify potential issues and propose corrective actions for managers and stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate PMO goals, processes, and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and functional leaders; build relationships with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for the PMO
Requirements
- Project Management: Minimum 6 years leading individual projects, managing project teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as project management, business administration, engineering, or computer science
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Government Clients: Experience serving federal or state/local clients
- Government: Experience serving federal or state/local agencies
- PMO Development: Leadership experience establishing successful PMO infrastructure in previous roles
- Process Improvement: Minimum 3 years driving project management process improvements; ability to analyze current state, identify solutions, then implement standardized methodologies, templates, and tools
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; then presenting insights to relevant stakeholders through clear reports
- Executive Communication: Significant experience communicating with senior leadership; exceptional ability to craft concise messages and host impactful meetings that present complex information strategically to high-level decision makers
- Travel: This position requires approximately 15% travel for client visits and team gatherings
