The Leidos National Security Sector is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in the Stafford, VA area leading a program focused on operations and training for a federal law enforcement agency. You will provide the coordination, implementation, and performance management of all Operations and Support Services. This role requires daily onsite support at our Stafford, VA office.

Primary Responsibilities:
oProvide program financial management, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, resource management, and quality assurance activities
oServe as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management
oSupervise team members, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with project objectives
oSupport Government audits and provide evidence to support Configuration Management (CM) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes
oSupport meetings and status reports with inputs, presentations, and attendance including the monthly Program Monthly Review (PMR), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and Operations Change Control Board (CCB)
Required Qualifications:
oActive Top-Secret Clearance
oUS Citizenship
oBachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
oA minimum of 7 years’ experience at the senior program manager level in a program of similar scope, type, and complexity
oProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive project execution within scope, budget, and timeline
oSuperior communication skills: ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and negotiate with stakeholders and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:
oPM certifications – i.e. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
oBackground in forensic science
oExperience managing programs that encompass a help desk component, ensuring effective customer support operations and seamless issue resolution
oExperience with planning and coordinating both in-person and virtual conferences

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
