Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and drive the success of key client engagements. This role will be responsible for managing program operations, ensuring the successful delivery of services, and growing the account by identifying opportunities to enhance client capabilities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, client relationship management, and business development skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Program Operations & Delivery: Ensure the effective execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget while meeting client expectations. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, proactively identifying needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Account Growth & Business Development: Expand the firm's footprint within the account by increasing the number of positions, engagements, and overall value delivered. 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and professional development. 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Process Improvement & Modernization: Help clients modernize their systems and optimize workflows through innovative strategies and solutions. 

  • Financial & Performance Management: Track project financials, resource allocation, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and profitability. 

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and best practices. 

  • Hands-On Leadership: Be actively involved in project execution, providing hands-on guidance and expertise to drive excellence in delivery. 

  • Motivation & Growth: Demonstrate a highly motivated attitude to deliver excellence, contribute to company success, and support business expansion efforts. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment. 

  • Proven track record of account growth and business development in a client-facing role. 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Strong presentation, analytical, and technical skills. 

  • Understanding of IT modernization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives is a plus. 

  • PMP or relevant professional certification preferred. 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable). 

  • Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card 

  • Workdays: Monday-Friday

Salary Information

The compensation range for this job is $150,000-$175,000.
