We’re searching for a Program Manager who excels at juggling multiple projects while ensuring timely completion, staying within budget, and maintaining top-notch quality standards. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to shape the Warehouse's future, leading the growth and development of programs and finding innovative ways to connect them across our partner network and the community. You’ll oversee key functions such as program planning, project management, and quality assurance—ensuring every initiative meets our goals and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Strategy & Development: Create and implement program objectives, strategies, and roadmaps that align with our mission.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and identify solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and the community to strengthen service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track program performance metrics and generate reports to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Teen Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

From coordinating program resources to overseeing grants and contracts, your leadership will shape the future of our organization’s success.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work  
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-8:30 pm.; however, this position may require day hours and weekend work. 

Travel 
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. 

Education and Experience  

  • Masters degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service, social services or a related field which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position. A track record of effectively leading a performance- and outcomes-based program; AND A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional related experience. 

Compensation

  • This is an exempt salaried position with a range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
