In-charged of directing all operational elements of Web3 programs, including administering the program curriculum, selecting mentors, onboarding startups, and maintaining the working relationships with all partners. By establishing and monitoring all processes, tools, and timelines, the Program manager will guarantee adequate program governance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment, including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique business opportunities
  • Support in the design and implementation of insight-driven strategies from opportunity identification through to experience implementation, including project work, managing data, setting objectives, project profitability, and timeline execution
  • Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive Strategy with target buyers
  • Create presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and influencers to position our value proposition.
  • Manage program logistics, scheduling, and events
  • Participate in sales and marketing related efforts, including webinars, in-person presentations, speaking engagements, trade shows, and conferences
  • Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved
  • Scope and prepare SOWs and proposals independently, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and how Brinc’s capabilities can uniquely address those needs.
  • Research a broad cross-section of innovation verticals, startup activity, and trends within those areas of interest
  • Source and consolidate information for portfolio and industry reports that address areas of interest for innovation leaders
  • Build well organized and polished deliverables that elegantly convey data insights and unique conclusions based on Brinc expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and build repeatable and efficient processes for research and report development
  • Conduct accelerator mentorship sessions in areas of expertise

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably with a background in business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and strong organizational skills
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the global startup ecosystem
  • Adaptable and responsive to the dynamic needs of startups, mentors, and partners
  • A passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and the venture capital ecosystem
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Preferably with experience in running similar program (Web3)
