Insify is looking to hire a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Operations team. This is a highly visible role and you’ll be working closely with the cross-functional leaders across Insify to make sure our most strategic initiatives are set up for success!

What You’ll Be Up To:
- Partner with our leadership team to drive growth initiatives for Operations.
- Define a feedback loop between Operations and Product/ Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with our teams in three markets (Netherlands, Germany, France) on optimizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction for claim handling, sales and customer support.
- Partner with the data team to ensure the Operations team makes data-informed decisions leading to measurable outcomes for the business
- Understand and optimize the end-to-end processes and systems to bring customer value to market
Your Profile:
- This role is ideal if you are working as a Consultant, but you want to go beyond advice and make actual impact in a fast-growing environment
- 3+ years experience supporting strategy, planning and program management in a start up/scale up company. Experience as Strategy consultant is a pre.
- Experience designing and running operational processes including planning (in revenue operations, business operations, product operations, or as a chief of staff)
- Flexibility to work across disciplines in order to build trusted relationships within the company.
- Ability to transform complex and/or ambitious ideas into a clear path to make it happen.
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and overlapping timelines at the same time.
- A go-getter attitude; you’re willing to take a hands-on approach to get the job done with a bias for action
