The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a multiple fast-paced program across Air Force and Space Force customers. This role involves overseeing the delivery of comprehensive IT, support services and software solutions to ensure mission success while adhering to DoD standards and regulations. The Program Manager will support management of programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and requirements and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Air Force and Space Force personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams. In addition, this position will be responsible for the effective allocation of resources for multiple contract types, including Time & Materials, Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall program, ensuring alignment with objectives and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Government personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the delivery of contractual obligations that meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute program strategies to enhance service delivery and meet evolving customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the requirements outlined in the contact.
- Identify potential risks to program success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to funding guidelines.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure adherence to DoD, Air Force, and Space Force policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage organizational compliance with Leidos policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Basic Qualification:
- US Citizen with at least a TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience or Masters degree with 3 years of experience. Additional experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience leading projects or teams
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification (i.e. DAWIA)
- Familiarity with DoD regulations, processes, and systems
- Experience in managing budgets and resources in a government contracting environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a cross-functional team setting

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
