About the Role
This role works across Divisions and Groups to deliver L&D programs, contributing directly to Magna's business and strategic priorities and providing insight and recommendations to support continuous improvement. As part of this work, the role is primarily accountable for successful delivery of Magna's global leadership and operational development programs and ensuring global alignment of standardized program content across regions and groups.
Your Responsibilities
Program Management:

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of the Operations Management Accelerator in collaboration with Corporate L&D management team.
  • Manage the execution of the global leadership development programs in collaboration with Corporate L&D management team.
  • Serve as primary contact for Corporate L&D, focusing on program implementation and delivery.
  • Coordinate with regional L&D managers to ensure effective adoption of programs and adherence to L&D standards.
  • Work with external partners to deliver aligned content and programs, evaluating training success globally.
  • Track and report learning outcomes to demonstrate program impact.


Administration & Event Management:

  • Handle logistics for program events.
  • Analyze learning metrics for reporting to senior leaders.
  • Manage participant registrations, track attendance, and monitor program progress using the Magna LMS.


Who we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation.
  • Program design and learning management experience.
  • Event management/coordination skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

  • Regular travel required; average estimated at 25%
